Refreshing, Kid-Friendly Snack


I made these yummy morsels of goodness over the weekend!  My 2 year old devoured them!



Peanut Butter Banana Nibs

Cal : 166 for 7 pieces; 4 servings
Ingredients (makes 4 servings)

5 Large bananas
2 oz non-fat vanilla greek yogurt (or add 1/2 tsp to non-fat original greek yogurt)
1TBSP natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 tsp cinnamon

Prep: Slice 4 bananas into 1/2" coins. Mix 1 mashed up banana, peanut butter, yogurt and cinnamon in small bowl then spread desired amount between two banana coins to make mini sandwiches. Put all mini sandwiches in tupperware and freeze for at least 2 hours.
